A Clear Path From Dispute to Agreement
Every ConflictBridge engagement follows a documented sequence. No ambiguity about what comes next—only a structured process built to surface what each side actually needs.
The Sequence, Step by Step
Confidential Intake
Session Design
Guided Mediation
Documented Agreement
Each party speaks separately and confidentially. We map the conflict's history, the stakes, and the outcome each side can actually live with.
One to three structured sessions. The mediator guides the process; the parties drive the outcome. Most matters resolve within this stage.
Every resolution is written, reviewed by each party's counsel if desired, and signed. Both sides leave knowing exactly what was decided and why.
We agree on ground rules, agenda, and format—joint sessions, caucuses, or a hybrid—before anyone enters the same room or call.
Weeks, Not Years
Most matters reach a signed agreement within two to six weeks of the first intake call. The structure keeps things moving; no one pays for delay.
The process is built to surface the real problem and produce agreements that hold require both sides to say what actually happened—not just where they're willing to land.
